By using this website or completing a booking through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Booking and Payment
All bookings are processed through Lodgify's secure booking engine. By completing a booking you also agree to Lodgify's terms of service. Payments are handled by Lodgify Payments (PCI-compliant). Dimora Saitta does not store or process payment card data.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and must leave it in the condition found. Smoking is prohibited inside all properties. Guests must comply with the house rules provided at check-in, respect quiet hours, and be considerate of neighbours.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are displayed during the booking process and confirmed in your booking confirmation. By confirming a booking you accept the applicable cancellation terms. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for full details.
6. Tourist Tax
In accordance with local regulations, guests may be required to pay the Palermo tourist tax (tassa di soggiorno) directly at check-in. This charge is not included in the booking price and is set by the Municipality of Palermo.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dimora Saitta is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the properties, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palermo, Italy.
