Cancellation Policy

1. General

The specific cancellation policy for each property and rate type is displayed during the booking process and confirmed in your booking confirmation email. Please review it carefully before completing your reservation.

2. Free Cancellation

Where a Free Cancellation rate is selected, cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made at a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances, including changes in travel plans.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, use the self-service link in your confirmation email, or contact us at info@dimorasaitta.it or via WhatsApp at +39 388 058 9218. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

5. No-Show

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full booking amount will be retained.

6. Modifications

Requests to change dates or number of guests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss any changes.

7. Force Majeure

In exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, pandemics, etc.) we will work in good faith to find a fair resolution. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
