2. Data We Collect
We collect personal data you provide when submitting an enquiry (name, email, phone number, message). Booking data is processed by our booking partner Lodgify (Lodgify B.V., Netherlands) under their own privacy policy. We also collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, device type) based on your cookie consent.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Enquiry data is processed to respond to your request (legitimate interest / contract performance). Booking data is processed by Lodgify to complete your reservation. Analytics data is processed based on your consent.
4. Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Booking records are retained as required by Italian fiscal law (up to 10 years). Analytics data is retained for 26 months.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Booking data is shared with Lodgify as a data processor. Anonymised analytics data is shared with Google. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA without adequate safeguards.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to its processing.
